Changes are only for sizes, colours and faulty items. For changes or a different product you should return it and place a new order. Following with a code given by us. Changes are completely free.
We promise a refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase, Please understand (shipping cost will be deducted accordingly) – just return your item(s) to us within 5 working days for the Maltese islands and 20 working days worldwide from the date shown on your dispatch note.
You can expect your refund 5 days up to 20Days from the date we receive your returned item(s), or, if you choose to send us proof of postage, from the day we receive evidence you’ve returned your goods and they’re on their way to our warehouse.
Bear in mind that Swimwear, Underwear and Sex Toys can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons. We also ask that lingerie and erotic items are tried on over your own underwear, with the seal in place.
