How does it work ?? Online intimates price match guarantee has been set to ensure that when purchasing our world know brands you you can trust that your buying at the fairest price both locally and internationally. We regularly benchmark our products against the competition to ensure we're not just a market leader in the quality of the products we sell, but also on price.
We do not stop there, we also set highly competitive prices for all our products, site-wide with a dedicated team regularly checking them against other local, European competitors and USA. If we find a local competitor offering a better local price for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions, we'll lower our price to match on our website.
What we mean by “Local or European or USA online Store”Local, European and USA competitor is a company trading on the same basis as us with premises freely open to the public in Malta or Europe or USA. They should carry a reasonable range of goods in stock for you to buy and take away, with clearly displayed prices. Their websites need to trade under the same brand and on the same basis as their retail shops. One has to also take tax / other charges into consideration when shopping from USA and U.K online stores.
I've found the product cheaper at another online store but they charge for delivery. Will you still price match?On products that require delivery we'll take delivery charges and other tax/customs charges into account when comparing prices. We also don't match competitors who are in administration or closing down and we will not price match with any other online stores which are not able to ship to Malta or not licenced to sell in general.
I've found a product cheaper at another retailer but they're out of stock. Will you still price match? We carry a wide range of products from stock. To price match our competitor has to have the product in stock (rather than available only to order).
